How I Got Here

Hi, my name is Ewa Popławska.

I didn't get into wellness because it was trendy...

I got into it because I was the one waking up tired, snapping at the people I love, and avoiding the mirror.

I tried a lot of things. Some helped a bit. Most didn't.

I'd buy whatever everyone was raving about, and three weeks later the bottle was shoved in the back of a cabinet with the rest of them.

So I got picky. I tested things on myself first.

Supplements, what I was eating, small daily habits.

I kept what worked and tossed what didn't.

What I share with you is the short list...
